Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery, including preorder items. For preorders, the return period begins when you receive your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email info@lionsemblem.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for sizing issues or changes of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos. Lions Emblem will cover any required return shipping.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may return an eligible item for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
