  • During high-demand seasons (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries.

  • Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on destination.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • For the shipping policy, we have express and priority options available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
